eSheet is the sole owner of the information
collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or

what is disclosed in this statement. eSheet collects
information from our users at several different points
on our web site.
Contacting Us
A client is requested to give their contact
information (such as name and email address). This information
is used to contact the client about services, products
and quotes. Any correspondance between any company participating
in any of the services offered by eSheet., will remain
strictly confidential at all times.
Orders
Upon a client placing an order with eSheet,
the client's information is kept confidential and is
not sold, passed on or exchanged with any third party.
Any and all corespondance is kept confidential. Payment
details, such as bank accounts, credit card details
etc are not kept by eSheet once payment has cleared
or the payment method is made to a third party.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the
user's hard drive containing information about the user.
For the forseeable future, eSheet has no intentions
of using cookies in any form to track information for
any purpose, to collect personal information on individual
users or for the purposes of selling or exchanging information
on individual users to third parties. Some of our business
partners use cookies on their own sites (for example,
advertisers). However, we have no access to or control
over these cookies. eSheet reserves the right to use
cookies at some point in the future for the purposes
of enhancing the user experience should it wish to do

addresses are not linked to personally identifiable
information. Our log files also register Operating Systems

view user trends and make improvements where necessary.

We will not share or sell aggregated demographic

This website takes every precaution to
protect our users' information. Users can not submit
sensitive information via the website, their information
is protected both online and off-line. All information
of a confidential nature supplied by any individual
user of a service provided by eSheet is stored on a
non-networked, stand-alone computer which allows restricted
access to certain employees only of eSheet. A backup
of all data under the control of eSheet is made at regular
intervals. These are stored on CD-Roms which are stored
in the company safe and are also biometrically encrypted.
Only two employees of eSheet has regular access to this
stored backup data. |
